International Center for Chinese Studies (ICCS), Aichi University and Center for East Asian Media Studies (CEAMS), Hokkaido University will hold the next annual international symposium “Comprehensive Study on Modern China’s Growing Global Impacts” at Nagoya Campus of Aichi University (Miyoshi-cho,Aichi) from 19 to 20 December, 2009.

Call for Papers / Presenters

1. Number of Presenters: 4 speakers (including abroad)

2. Field of Presetation: to be related to economics, politics, media, environment, culture, and social factors in China.

3. Criteria for presentation: Presenters are requested to

   (1)be able to make presentation and discuss in Chinese or Japanese.

   (2)be interested in the theme of this symposium.

   (3)attend all meetings during this symposium.

4. The expenses: Presenters cover the commodity ($100 / night) and traffic fee on their shoulder.

愛知大学国際中国学研究センターと北海道大学東アジアメディア研究センターは、2009年12月19日（土）～20日（日）の2日間、愛知大学名古屋校舎（愛知県西加茂郡三好町）において国際シンポジウム「現代中国の国際的影響力拡大に関する総合的研究」を開催いたします。

つきましては、今回のシンポジウムテーマに沿った内容の研究報告および討論に参加する自由参加者を公募します。参加希望者は、下記応募要領にもとづき、別添の参加申込書に必要事項をご記入のうえ、国際シンポジウム実行委員会までご提出ください。

１．募集人数

　　４名（国内外問わず）

２．対象分野

　　中国の経済、政治、メディア、環境、文化、社会要因に関連する分野

３．参加の条件

　（１）日本語または中国語で報告、討論をおこなえること。

　（２）本シンポジウムに関連する諸分野について興味関心を有すること。

　（３）シンポジウム全日程に参加できること。

４．費用

　　参加費無料。ただし、宿泊費（1泊あたり100ドル程度）、
　　交通費（宿舎⇔会場を含む）は個人負担となります。

５．応募方法

7月16日（木）、8月に帰国予定のランデイル・ドイル訪問教授、デュアルディグリー・プログラム第5期生10名（南開大学5名、中国人民大学5名）の送別会を開催しました。

ランデイル・ドイル教授は、本年5月16日に来日され、本研究センターで研究活動を行うとともに、本学中国研究科博士後期課程において「中国政法特殊研究Ⅳ」を担当されました。7月31日に任期を終了し、8月1日に帰国される予定です。

また、昨年9月から本学名古屋校舎に留学（キャンパス移動）しているデュアルディグリー・プログラム第5期生10名（南開大学5名、中国人民大学5名）は留学（キャンパス移動）期間を終了し、8月4日に帰国する予定です。

帰国を前にして、7月16日（木）、本学名古屋校舎において本研究センター主催送別会を開催しました。送別会では、高橋所長からの送別挨拶があり、続いて、ドイル教授、10名の学生から惜別の挨拶がありました。送別会には中国研究科在学生のほか、本研究センター教職員、研究員等が多数参加し、有意義な時間をすごしました。
